HomeThe purpose of the Alliance for Building Capacity in Schools (ABCS) Registry is to connect schools that want to improve (especially high priority schools) with academic coaches who can help them meet the school improvement requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act and Michigan’s Education Yes! accreditation process. Each of the coaches that you will find on this Web site was trained by ABCS and assessed by an independent panel of Michigan Department of Education staff and other education professionals. ABCS coaches are veteran educators with a variety of experience and expertise in areas such as:
